Apartmento!

Hello! I just wanted to inform everyone (my 2 followers) that Shane and I found an apartment for next semester! YAY! "I got an apartment! i got an apartment! i got an apartment! hey hey hey hey!" that is all! night!

So... i have a major dilemma. shane and i are getting bridals on saturday (shane's brother in law is taking some pictures, more artsty style like we are). and my dress is vintage-ish and we are trying to plan our wedding vintage-ish. THEREFORE! i bought a birdcage veil to go with the vintage. BUT i cant find someone to do my hair! i went to paul mitchell school for my bridal hair do, and i came out looking like malibu barbie! rar! and i dont want to just go to some place and have them do it and it looks super stray!! RA! RA RA! so yes... i'll post some pics of how i might want my hair done :)

HOORAY! So we have not posted for eternity BECAUSE... i (marlyn) totally forgot our blog password :) very typical of me. however! i just searched for it and i found it AND it was already logged in so i didnt have to remember the password at all! HAHAHA! oh man.... so funny. SO! i have a picture of my converses! and i'll probably have another post for later on :D k bye!

To WEAR or not to WEAR!

You see this shoe here, its a classic. No no... its THE CLASSIC! There is no other shoe in the history of the world that has been so famous from the time of its invention until now. Constant fame and love. Thats classic.

Now, you see I'm a huge fan of these lovely Chuck Taylor Converses. I love them, and I hope to never have to get rid of them. I've had the same pair since my 9th grade year.

Anyways, here is the point I'm trying to get at. People, like me, TRUE lovers of converses, we WEAR converses... on the other hand there are "poser" converse wearers.

Now this might be hard to understand, but give it a shot. So, I wear converses... and they look OLD! They look worn out and .... real! Ya know what I'm saying!? And others... wear them and... just keep them nice! So.... ugh! It drives me nuts! I mean, to wear the Chuck Taylor shoe is a blessing in and of itself, but you have to really WEAR them! You cant just wear them for STYLE! NO! You have to wear them like a real shoe! Cause they are a real shoe! They are THE real shoe! UGH! You cant just wear them and keep them all nice and cute! They are meant for comfort and joy and running and swimming and running in mud! Come ON! Its killing me! And then people look at me like I'm nasty for having these old worn out shoes, and THEY are the poser converse wearers!

This will be the death of me.

I'm 80% sure it will be. If Katy Perry doesnt kill me first.

HAHAHA! Sigh... nice venting session... i'll get a pic of my shoes up here soon.

Hi! My name is Janae and I'm 16 years old. I go to Orem High and I'm a Junior. I love to play the piano, hang out with friends, shop, play card games, and pull funny faces (which you will be seeing lots of). My life really isn't that exciting but hopefully it will be somewhat entertaining. And I'm a nerd. If I get anything less than an A (even an A-) I really want to cry. Hi! i'm MarLyn and i'm currently going to Utah State and i LOVE it! i'm 18 years old (old old woman), i love photography and i love little kids! (not in a creepy michael jackson way), and i hate capitalizing i's so... get used to it haha. I've been wanting to make a blog for a while, but my life isn't all that interesting, so i ignored my desire. Then it turns out that my little sister has also had the same desire! i figure, 2 not all that interesting lives, combined onto a blog could become quite interesting!
